Caseificio Porta Roma by Andrea and Gianmaria Buonanno was created with the passion and skill of its founders, Andrea, Gianmaria and Alessandro, under the watchful guidance of Mr. Ennio Buonanno. The father of the young entrepreneurs and master cheese maker for over 40 years, who learnt the trade with passion and experience under guidance of his father Mr. Giovanni Buonanno. Our dairy is always careful to meet the taste expectations of its consumers, by offering HIGH QUALITY products to make you rediscover the flavours of yesteryear. The dairy works in collaboration with a cattle farm in Fondi (Lt), the livestock farm Lepizzera Ennio, which has also benefited from the experience, passion and professionalism of Mr. Ennio Lepizzera and his entire family for over 30 years.
The company has over 600 livestock and meets all hygienic and sanitary norms set by the national health system. We also implement specific and balanced diets for our buffalo to guarantee high quality milk, which is then transformed into Buffalo Milk Mozzarella at our Dairy.
